Meet the designer behind the brand, Danielle. Her designs have won numerous toy awards over the past 20 years and her style is instantly recognizable. You will be familiar with her distinctive flair and creative talent through other companies she has designed for over the years. After spending many years in Indonesia working closely with the Mentari factory, Danielle partnered with Mentari to create Tender Leaf Toys and to bring this fabulous new brand in to the UK marketplace.

Having recently established ThreadBear Design with Nick Shirley, a renowned authority in the Gift & Textile industry, Danielle has also created a fabulous contemporary range of Children’s textiles, which has enabled her strong aesthetic style to bridge the two companies and so become perfect partners with Tender Leaf Toys in the children's Gift Industry. 

ThreadBear Design offers colorful illustrated textiles for children-original artwork. They are beautiful bold illustrations sewn to a high standard. The range of aprons, tabards, and mini tote bags are made from PVC coated 100% cotton fabric. A biodegradable TPU coating is used for a superior wipe-clean surface.
